Masoor dal can be used in a variety of dishes. From parathas to khichdi, you can incorporate masoor dal for a more tasty and healthy dish.
Usage : Soak the masoor dal for 8 hours, before you start cooking.
- Take a pan and combine masoor with one glass of water and cover it with a lid.
- Cook in medium flame for about 8 minutes, while simultaneously stirring it.
- Drain the water when masoor is cooked and mash it into a coarse mixture.
- Once done, combine it with your filling for the parathas and you are good to go.

Product is good but you took 10 days to deliver the product just from Ahmedabad to Nasik 450km. In todays world, nobody will accept such late delivery. -
